• Cereals Volkorn Oat flour (wheat, oats, rye)

• Water

• Herbs

The meat of the monks or the vegans, or also called the fasting meat, arose from the monks' need to eat meat. That's what led them to make this meat. It looks like meat, it is marinated and tastes like it too. It is original but very difficult to prepare. It is a bit sticky and gives the impression of meat. Thanks to the grains, it has many health benefits and serves as a balanced diet. It has a lot of fiber, vitamin B, folic acid, omega 3 fatty acid, rich in trace elements.

 

The monk's meat is a valuable food, one could call it a "nutrition bomb".
